UCTC has done it again!! We now offer over 130 classes a week. That is unheard of!!

Children's and Adult classes in Boxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, MMA, Competition Team Training, Yoga, and of course, or wildly popular Fitness Kickboxing classes. We've even added a Women's Self-Defense class!

We have added some class time for most of these programs, so check out our schedule page to find a class that works for YOU!

Great place to get in shape, train and learn mixed martial arts. Staff are awesome, informative and motivating people. I really enjoy all the different types of classes they offer throughout the day. Whatever my schedule is, I can find a class to attend and enjoy. Keep it up all!!

Mike Stidham is an amazing person, he is motivating, and helpful. I wish he'd open a location down here in Southern Utah since his location in Salt Lake is the best Utah has. I will always recommend his business. Plus it is centrally located so it is easy to get from any part of the Salt Lake Valley.

So far I’ve only taken kickboxing and boxing and love both! All the instructors are awesome! All classes are for everyone regardless of fitness level. Just come and do your best! Very inviting gym! Love it!
