Prof. Gustavo Rodrigues 4th degree Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu started to training under Mestre Elcio Figueiredo (Rolls Gracie/Carlson Gracie lineage ) in Santos -São Paulo-Brazil in 1994 he was training and teaching back in the years names as Marcus Buchecha , Rodrigo Cavaca and Leonardo Nogueira , he moved to USA in 2007 to Coach Court Mc Gee (UFC) and some MMA fighters now he is the head coach and owner of the GRBJJ team with schools in Utah and Idaho his team has being consistent ranked within the top 5 in Utah

Great place to get in shape, train and learn mixed martial arts. Staff are awesome, informative and motivating people. I really enjoy all the different types of classes they offer throughout the day. Whatever my schedule is, I can find a class to attend and enjoy. Keep it up all!!

Mike Stidham is an amazing person, he is motivating, and helpful. I wish he'd open a location down here in Southern Utah since his location in Salt Lake is the best Utah has. I will always recommend his business. Plus it is centrally located so it is easy to get from any part of the Salt Lake Valley.

So far I’ve only taken kickboxing and boxing and love both! All the instructors are awesome! All classes are for everyone regardless of fitness level. Just come and do your best! Very inviting gym! Love it!
