**Ultimate Combat Training Center Welcomes BJJ Veteran Gustavo Rodriguez as New Instructor**
*Renowned Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt Brings Decades of Experience to Millcreek's Premier MMA Gym*
**MILLCREEK, UT – April 9, 2025** — Ultimate Combat Training Center is proud to announce that Professor Gustavo Rodriguez, a 4th-degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, has joined the coaching staff. Starting this month, Rodriguez will lead two new class offerings: *BJJ Fundamentals* on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 6 PM, and an *Advanced BJJ* course on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7 PM.
Professor Rodriguez began his BJJ journey in 1994 in Santos, São Paulo, Brazil, training under Mestre Elcio Figueiredo of the Rolls Gracie/Carlson Gracie lineage. Over the years, he has trained alongside world-renowned fighters including Marcus "Buchecha" Almeida, Rodrigo Cavaca, and Leonardo Nogueira. In 2007, he moved to the United States where he coached UFC fighter Court McGee and other top MMA athletes.
Currently the head coach and founder of the GRBJJ team—with affiliate schools in Utah and Idaho—Rodriguez has helped maintain GRBJJ’s position as one of the top five ranked BJJ teams in Utah.
