- I have been teaching Muay Thai and Boxing for groups and private training for 5 years
- I hold a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology with a minor in nutrition from the University of Utah
- I am a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach
- I placed 2nd in Utah Golden Gloves in 2022
My passions and Values:
I have a passion to teach anyone who wants to learn how to throw their hands, feet, and elbows properly
My Personal Interests:
I own a Kombucha Brewery (Cru Kombucha) and spend a lot of time with my puppy, Roscoe.
Boxing Kombucha, and Dogs are my 3 favorite things in life.
