About Me Professionally:

I have been teaching Muay Thai and Boxing for groups and private training for 5 years
I hold a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology with a minor in nutrition from the University of Utah
I am a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach
I placed 2nd in Utah Golden Gloves in 2022

My passions and Values:

I have a passion to teach anyone who wants to learn how to throw their hands, feet, and elbows properly

My Personal Interests:

I own a Kombucha Brewery (Cru Kombucha) and spend a lot of time with my puppy, Roscoe.

Boxing Kombucha, and Dogs are my 3 favorite things in life.

Great place to get in shape, train and learn mixed martial arts. Staff are awesome, informative and motivating people. I really enjoy all the different types of classes they offer throughout the day. Whatever my schedule is, I can find a class to attend and enjoy. Keep it up all!!

Mike Stidham is an amazing person, he is motivating, and helpful. I wish he'd open a location down here in Southern Utah since his location in Salt Lake is the best Utah has. I will always recommend his business. Plus it is centrally located so it is easy to get from any part of the Salt Lake Valley.

So far I’ve only taken kickboxing and boxing and love both! All the instructors are awesome! All classes are for everyone regardless of fitness level. Just come and do your best! Very inviting gym! Love it!
