Jessica Vasquez-Roybal

Jessica Vasquez-Roybal is a USA Certified Boxing Coach and Kru Muay Thai coach/assistant with over a decade of experience in teaching Boxing and Muay Thai. Known affectionately as Coach Jess or Lady Coach, she has a remarkable track record, including leading an all-girls team to an undefeated Championship in the Diamond Pink Belt competition. Coach Jess is passionate about instilling discipline and the true essence of Boxing and Thai Boxing in both children and adults. Her expertise spans from beginners to advanced students, making her an exceptional mentor in both arts. She also has a remarkable bond with her students, helping them define their workout needs and outlining effective workout routines.

Great place to get in shape, train and learn mixed martial arts. Staff are awesome, informative and motivating people. I really enjoy all the different types of classes they offer throughout the day. Whatever my schedule is, I can find a class to attend and enjoy. Keep it up all!!

Mike Stidham is an amazing person, he is motivating, and helpful. I wish he'd open a location down here in Southern Utah since his location in Salt Lake is the best Utah has. So far I’ve only taken kickboxing and boxing and love both! All the instructors are awesome! All classes are for everyone regardless of fitness level. Just come and do your best! Very inviting gym! Love it!
